- An arm lift, also known as Brachioplasty or Arm Liposuction: This procedure reduces visible excess skin and fat located between the underarm and the elbow, reshaping the area to make the skin and contours of the arm look smoother and more streamlined. The end result is for the arms to appear tight, toned and in proportion with the rest of the body. For this procedure, incisions are generally made on the inside of the arm or the back, and fat deposits are excised using Liposuction. The length of each incision and its precise location will vary from individual to individual depending on where the excess skin is situated. In the most severe (and rare) cases, the surgery may need to extend from the underarm through to the elbow, but in more moderate cases, the incisions will be small and, over time as scarring fades, virtually unnoticeable.
- The Thigh Lift, also known as Thighplasty: This procedure helps to create firmer and more shapely thighs. Usually performed under twilight anesthesia – although if it is part of a Body Lift then general anesthesia may be required – Thigh Lift surgery utilizes Liposculpturing in combination with regular surgery to reshape and define the legs. Incisions are made along the inner thigh crease to ensure minimal visible scars, then the skin is stretched and tightened through these incisions while fat deposits are removed using Liposuction.
